In its resolution 61/1, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner to provide an oral update at its sixty-second session on the human rights consequences resulting from the unprovoked attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. The Council will hear the oral update by the High Commissioner.

In its resolution 55/8, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to present an oral report to the Council on the implementation of the United Nations Disability Inclusion Strategy across its programmes and operations at its sixty-second session, with international sign interpretation and captioning. The Council will hear the oral report of the Office.

In its resolution 58/20, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner, with the support of specialized experts, to continue to monitor and assess the overall situation of human rights in Myanmar, maintaining focus on accountability regarding alleged violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, as well as the rule of law, to monitor the implementation of the resolution and previous resolutions with the same title, to make recommendations on additional steps necessary to address the current crisis and to submit to the Council, at its sixty-second session, a comprehensive report thereon.
