In its resolution 59/12, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of Special Rapporteur on the human rights of internally displaced persons, for a period of three years,  and requested the Special Rapporteur to continue to submit an annual report on the implementation of the mandate to the Council. The Council will consider the reports of the mandate holder, Paula Gaviria Betancur, during an interactive dialogue.

In its resolution 58/22, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner to prepare a report on the impact of anti-personnel mines on the enjoyment of all human rights, with particular emphasis on economic, social and cultural rights, and to present the report to the Council at its sixty-second session, to be followed by an interactive dialogue. The Council will consider the report of the High Commissioner during an interactive dialogue.

Item 4: ID on HC report on Venezuela

In its resolution 57/36, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner to submit to the Council at its sixty-second session a comprehensive report on the situation of human rights in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, containing a detailed assessment of the implementation of the recommendations made in previous reports to the Council, to be followed by an interactive dialogue. The Council will consider the report of the High Commissioner during an interactive dialogue.
