In its resolution 59/4, the Human Rights Council decided to renew the mandate of Special Rapporteur on the rights to freedom of peaceful assembly and of association, for a period of three years, and requested the Special Rapporteur to continue to report annually to the Council. The Council will consider the reports of the mandate holder, Gina Romero, during an interactive dialogue.

For all interactive dialogues, the online inscription for the lists of speakers for States opens on Tuesday, 9 June at 2 p.m. and will close 2 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.

NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to inscribe online. For additional information on modalities and deadlines: https://www.ohchr.org/en/hr-bodies/hrc/ngo-nhri-info

Speaking time is 1.5 minutes for all.

In its resolution 53/3, the Human Rights Council decided to extend the mandate of the Working Group on the issue of human rights and transnational corporations and other business enterprises, as set out by the Council in its resolution 17/4, for a period of three years. The Council will consider the reports of the Working Group  during an interactive dialogue.
