Special Rapporteur on the promotion and protection of the right to freedom of opinion and expression, for a period of three years, and requested the Special Rapporteur to submit an annual report to the Council covering all activities relating to the mandate. The Council will consider the reports of the mandate holder,
Irene Khan, during an
interactive dialogue.
