61/1, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner to provide an
oral update at its sixty-second session on the human rights consequences resulting from the unprovoked attacks by the Islamic Republic of Iran against Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan. The Council will hear the
oral update by the High Commissioner.
