Wednesday, 1 July, at 2:00 p.m. and will close
two hours before the start of the debate, at 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 3 July. Speaking time limits will follow the modalities applied to general debates, namely
five minutes for the concerned country and one minute and thirty seconds for all other speakers.
