53/10, the Human Rights Council decided to extend, for a period of three years, the mandate of
Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, and requested the Special Rapporteur to submit an annual report on the implementation of the resolution to the Council. The Council will consider the reports of the previous mandate holder,
Olivier De Schutter, during an interactive dialogue with the new mandate holder,
