For all panel discussions, the
online inscription for the lists of speakers for States opens on
Tuesday, 9 June at 10 a.m. and will close 2 hours before the meeting in which the respective debate is scheduled to start.
NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to

Speaking time is 1.5 minutes for all.
