In its decision 17/119, the Human Rights Council requested OHCHR to provide an annual written update to the Council on the operations of the Voluntary Fund for Participation in the Universal Periodic Review and the Voluntary Fund for Financial and Technical Assistance in the Implementation of the Universal Periodic Review and the resources available to them. The Council will have before it the reports of OHCHR on the operations of the Voluntary Funds.
