online inscription to the list of speakers for UPR outcomes will be open from
Monday 15 June, 9:00 a.m. to Thursday 18 June, 6:00 p.m.NHRIs and NGOS are also requested to
inscribe online. For additional information on modalities and deadlines:

Speaking time is 1-3 minutes. The time limit for statements during the plenary adoption of UPR outcomes is dependent on the total number of stakeholders inscribed on the list of speakers. The mentioned values are the upper time limit. Please refer to the list of speakers of each adoption to know the exact time limit.

Written communications from governments may be submitted to the Secretariat through
Events.
