58/20, the Human Rights Council requested the High Commissioner, with the support of specialized experts, to continue to monitor and assess the overall situation of human rights in Myanmar, maintaining focus on accountability regarding alleged violations of international human rights law and international humanitarian law, as well as the rule of law, to monitor the implementation of the resolution and previous resolutions with the same title, to make recommendations on additional steps necessary to address the current crisis and to submit to the Council, at its sixty-second session, a
comprehensive report thereon. The Council will have before it the report of the High Commissioner.
